"During our work together, we touched on three areas that were especially important to me: managing uncertainty, improving partner communication, and approaching future obstacles and timelines more consciously. I found it particularly useful when we worked with the methods of nonviolent communication. With its help, I was able to look at our partnership in a different way, and I even tried out on specific occasions how to communicate more clearly and empathetically. This practice not only helped prevent conflicts but also allowed me to better understand the other person's perspective, and made it easier for them to understand me too. Using nonviolent communication brought quick and noticeable results and gave me a tool I can use in everyday life. Of course, there's still room for refinement.
