My method
is centered on attentive understanding. I help you in the conversations you have with yourself, I ask questions, provide feedback, invite you to experiments and introduce you to various techniques if you find them useful.
My toolkit – which I acquired through the integrated training of the GROW group – is extensive and I continuously expand it.

Goal-oriented coaching
A basic framework that helps understanding the current situation, to set goals, and chart the path to achieve them. It is also a method suitable for finding quick solutions.

Targeting, goal refinement
Because often we don't even know exactly what we want, we just feel that something is not right.

Deeper understanding of your situation
through:
- becoming aware of the different ego states and drivers in your communication
- The toolkit of assertive communication
- and getting to know the personality types

Here and now
Awareness of the present moment through the observation of our senses and unconscious behavior
How I work

In person, or online
The first time we discuss the framework and see if we can work together.

Your situation
The next 1-2 sessions will focus on understanding your blockage, about you, the challenges, and formulating possible goals.

Focusing on development
Sessions 4 to 7 are all about movement and change, covering each topic and goal.

Summary and conclusion
The last session is all about wrapping things up, recognizing what we've accomplished, and talking about how to put it to use.
I usually sign up for 8 sessions, but I can also offer follow-up sessions if needed.
Ideally, we meet weekly, or at most every two weeks.
In special cases, we can deviate from this setup if a quick solution is needed for a specific topic.
I offer individual sessions in both Hungarian and English.
